This verification process is standard practice for payment providers like Stripe and PayPal to confirm the identity of the account holder and prevent fraud.
Required documents
For Stripe verification:
Government-issued ID (passport, driver's license, or national ID card)
Photo of your payment card (showing only the last 4 digits and your name)
Signed authorization letter (must include handwritten signature, last 4 digits of the card , date of the payment, cardholder name, and physical card placement photo)
You can upload Stripe documents in Finances or send them to [email protected] after the payment was made
After clicking 'Confirm method', send all three documents via the form:
Important! If the documents aren’t submitted within the 3 days after a top-up, your transaction will be cancelled automatically. Processing time depends on your bank.
For PayPal verification:
Government-issued ID (passport, driver's license, or national ID card)
