How Campaign moderation works
Updated over a week ago

New campaign moderation can take up to 4 hours (from 9 a.m. to 1 a.m. UTC+4). This is the maximum time needed for the approval, depending on the managers’ workload. Every campaign is checked manually by our managers to avoid mistakes.

Once our compliance team checks and approves a new campaign, it will get traffic within half an hour. Our team checks images and texts on the creative, target URL, and compliance with our rules.

Some of the most common reasons for campaign declining:

  • Adult content

  • Audible campaign (sound is forbidden)

  • Phishing & malware

  • Politically sensitive content

  • Technical support

  • Misleading ads (a Sweepstakes creative leading to a Dating landing page)

  • Disgusting and repulsing creatives, materials, or landing page

  • Software auto-downloader

  • Drugs, CBD, alcohol, weapons, public safety threatening

  • Unskippable landing page: it must have an explicit closing button, otherwise it is banned

  • The campaign landing page doesn’t open

Should you discover a declined tag next to your campaign, contact our support team to find out the reasons.
