Why was my campaign declined?

Campaigns are declined for policy or technical violations. During the moderation process, all elements are reviewed, including the creatives’ text and images. Here are the most common reasons for rejecting campaigns.

🚫 Policy Violations

  • Adult or inappropriate content — This includes nudity, adult toys, sexually explicit games, provocative imagery, and profanity in text or emojis

  • Phishing or malware — Content that steals data or distributes harmful software

  • Prohibited products — Drugs, CBD, alcohol, weapons, or other unsafe items

  • Political content — Using images or names of authorities/celebrities for some categories and GEOs

  • Unauthorized branded offers — Promoting trademarked brands without official approval

  • Landing page replacement — Changing the landing page’s content after approval

  • Prohibited content in creatives (including images and text) — This includes adult, violent, or repulsive imagery, and misleading visuals

🔧 Technical Issues

  • Inaccessible landing page — Page cannot be loaded from the targeted GEO or device

  • Proxy protection — Since our moderators have to use VPN and emulators to view the offer under the targets set by you, certain proxy protection settings block them from viewing the content

  • Broken or empty pages — Pages lacking content or with token errors causing infinite loads

  • Poor user experience — No exit buttons, low-clickable areas, or auto-downloads

  • Audio elements — Sound is not permitted in some categories (e.g., software)

Feel free to double-check our Quality Guidelines for a better understanding of what content is allowed for promotion.

If your campaign is declined, check the status in your dashboard, correct the issue, and resubmit by changing its status to 'Moderation'. For specific rejection details, contact our support team via the in-platform chat or email ([email protected]) — we'll be happy to assist!
