Why is my campaign receiving slow or no traffic?

Several factors can affect your campaign's traffic volume. Here are the most common causes and solutions.

⛔ Targeting restrictions

  • Overly narrow targeting — Too many zones in blacklists

  • Limited device/OS selection — Restricting to specific devices or versions

  • Strict GEO-targeting — Very specific regions or cities

  • Traffic type limitations — Using 'Only premium' in competitive GEOs

📋 Campaign settings

  • Bid too low — Check recommended bids in Rates

  • Frequency capping — Limits set too low

  • Hourly distribution — May pace traffic too evenly

  • Day and time targeting — If you selected specific days and hours, you will not receive any traffic outside of those time frames

  • Campaign status — It needs to be Active to receive traffic

🛠️ Quick fixes to try

  1. Ensure the campaign is active and approved

  2. Increase your bid according to Rates recommendations or go higher

  3. Remove some restrictions in the targeting settings to test the performance

  4. Increase daily and total budget or remove hourly distribution

  5. Remove your Traffic Preset, if you are using one. It may conflict with other targeting settings that already narrow your traffic down

Important! We cannot guarantee a stable traffic flow when you set up bids lower than we recommend in Rates!
